Job Description: Office Administrator
Responsible to: Office Manager
Salary Band: £28,517 pro rata (£13.71 per hour)
Role:
To provide administrative support to the Office Manager and the Operational departments. Delivering excellent customer service in dealing with telephone queries and communications to all our customers and staff, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Support, implement and maintain general office and housekeeping responsibilities.
Hours of Duty: 25 hours per week, overtime of up to 40 hours per week in the months May>August.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Maintaining of the Admin Activity log and tasks
- Collating information packs for Events & Festivals to send to staff
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- An excellent telephone manner and ability to ensure all queries are resolved as appropriate, receiving and answering general enquiry by email, social media and postal correspondence.
- Assist with data entry and administration of the company's in-house database systems.
- Support the Office Manager with the day to day running of the office & warehouse and provide assistance to other office staff and Managers with data entry, administration, documents and reports as and when requested.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, compliance of ISO Standards, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Manuals.
- Any other duties appropriate to the post as requested by management.

- Essential: Have experience and excellent computer skills for internet, Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlook

- Essential: Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Essential: Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Desirable: to have a Full clean driving licence
- Desirable: Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship/NQV equivalent
