Staff Survey Results Newsletter 2025!
Thank you to everyone who took part in the 2025 staff survey, your feedback has a direct impact on the direction we take with our policies, and we appreciate you taking the time to participate. The winner of this year's survey is Jordan Southgate! Congratulations, a prize is on its way to you!
We’re pleased to share that in a number of categories the feedback received has consistently improved. We’re especially pleased with the following statistics:
Last year 98.1% said they knew where to find the assigned group and the event information packs on DCSS PAAM. This year that figure has increased to 100%
Last year 70.4% were happy to use What3word as a tool to locate meeting points onsite. This year 82.1% are now utilising this app.
In 2024, 88.9% of staff stated they were familiar with the cancellation process, this year that figure has crept up to 89.7% Similarly, last year 96.3% stated they understood the attendance check procedure, this continues to get better with 97.4% this year (our office team thanks you!)
Those who would be interested in stepping up into the role of Team Leader this year has increased by more than 4%, and those who would like to dip their toes in the onsite admin role has also increased by 2%
And our most exciting statistic yet, in 2024 88.9% said they would return to work with DC Site Services. This year this figure has increased to 97.4%! Similarly, 94.9% said you would recommend us to a friend, up from 92.6% last year.
