DC Site Services' Staff Survey Results 2024!

Posted on Wednesday, September 25, 2024

We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who took part in the 2024 Staff Survey, we’re happy to announce that the lucky winner is Jennifer Woodward!  A £50 Amazon voucher is on its way to you, Jennifer 😊

We’re pleased to say that the feedback we received was largely positive. Below are a few highlights we’d like to share, you can click each question to view a brief summary of responses, but in general we’ve found that interactions with the office is positively rated, as is the pre-event information received. All seem to be on the ball with the attendance check procedure and the cancellation procedure, and the induction process onsite is generally regarded as useful, and your Team Leaders and Managers approachable and informative. More importantly to us, you felt your welfare was a priority, and that you were respected and treated with dignity by our onsite Managers and Team Leaders.

Again, a very big thank you to everyone who took part. You feedback enables us to implement the changes needed to continue to provide a better experience onsite for all involved. For those of you who said you’d be interested in stepping up to the mark as a Team Leader or onsite admin, keep an eye on our social media for any developments with these roles in the future!

I just wanted to send out a big thank you to you and your team for all the work you and the team put into helping make the traffic and transport operation work so well this year.

As it was a pleasure having DC site services as part of our team. I think the GFEL team of contractors is the envy of a lot of events in the way we all support each other and it was noted by some observers that stated the following :-

"simply put, GFEL’s off-site traffic management plan was delivered and managed in a totally consistent and defensible manner that sought to promote good practice, collaboration and road safety to the benefit of all road users."

The DC are big part of that delivery and should take some of the credit for that delivery.
