We’re pleased to announce that this year’s staff survey winner is Julia Tipirdamaz! There’s a gift on its way to you, Julia. We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who took part, your feedback plays a valuable part in how it is we move forwards as a Company and how we choose to continue to improve our services.
As ever, we remain appreciative of those who spread the word about working with DC Site Services and who bring their friends into the fold. A whopping 37.3% of all responses who worked this year did so via recommendation of a friend. Our recruitment team thanks you!
While Facebook continues to be the most popular form of social media (with 80.4%) it does appear that our social media presence could be improved upon, which we intent to work on immediately.
A lot of positives in your feedback include a good response to navigating the website, the use of What3word, and your awareness of where to find the information packs and the attendance check procedure. Similarly, both communication with the office and onsite are both very positive, so thank you.
Most importantly, the majority felt you were treated with respect and dignity by management, and we were pleased to see how many of you would return to work another season with DC Site Services. We wholeheartedly agree and look forward to working with you all next year.
