Time to Reflect!

It's that time of year again when we reflect on the season just passed, thinking about how we can improve on our services as we head into the next season. Here is a breakdown all the responses we received from our staff surveys in 2018.

As you can see, the chart hyperlinked highlights a few areas where we need to improve, mainly with regards to on-site welfare & facilities, pre-event information, and our social media presence. Over the course of the next few months we will be analysing the feedback you have provided us with so that we can come up with comprehensive solutions to the issues raised.

Watch this space for news items over the winter months as these items will outline the solutions we will be implementing throughout 2019.

We have been using DC at a number of our events for the past few years and the service they provide is flawless. They are one of the few contractors in the whole events industry that we are confident can complete the service to exactly how we asked whilst keeping costs very competitive.
