Coming up at the end of this month we’ve got the biggest Indoor electronic music festival in the UK – you guessed it, its Westfest! This festival is an all-nighter running from 7pm – 6am and has seven different arenas, from Hardcore to Drum & Bass this is the ultimate all-nighter to celebrate Halloween. Check out their website here.

Of course, we’re not there to see the big names, we’ll be there in a professional capacity keeping on top of waste and cleaning. Sound like a job for you? Apply here.

If Halloween isn’t your preferred holiday, come and celebrate Guy Fawkes night this November at one of the various fireworks events we have booked in, most notably of which is Newham Fireworks – with music from a live DJ and a wide range of food and drink Newham Fireworks is an event for all ages – and free of charge!

If you’re looking for work over the fireworks weekend and want to see a stunning show you can apply to work at Newham Fireworks here.

I just wanted to send out a big thank you to you and your team for all the work you and the team put into helping make the traffic and transport operation work so well this year.

As it was a pleasure having DC site services as part of our team. I think the GFEL team of contractors is the envy of a lot of events in the way we all support each other and it was noted by some observers that stated the following :-

"simply put, GFEL’s off-site traffic management plan was delivered and managed in a totally consistent and defensible manner that sought to promote good practice, collaboration and road safety to the benefit of all road users."

The DC are big part of that delivery and should take some of the credit for that delivery.
