As much as we all love the experience of working at an event or festival, the big question still remains… when’s pay day?!

For ALL event and festival work, DC Site Services pays on a fortnightly basis with a cut-off of each Saturday. This means that if you are working Monday>Monday, in the first pay run post-event you would be paid for work completed Monday up to and including the Saturday. Work on the Sunday and following Monday would be in the next pay run, two weeks later.

We’ve a busy season ahead and do appreciate that this may cause a little confusion, as such, below is a breakdown of a payment schedule you can expect over the next few months.

• Glastonbury Festival: 25^th June – 1^st July

First pay date is Friday 5^th July for work completed between 25^th up to and including 29^th.

Second pay date is Friday 19^th July for work completed between 30^th & 1^st.

• Classic Ibiza Tatton Park: 29^th – 30^th June

First pay date is Friday the 5^th July for work completed on the 29^th.

Second pay date is Friday 19^th July for work completed on the 30^th*

• Let’s Rock Exeter: 29^th- 30^th June.

First pay date is Friday the 5^th July for work completed on the 29^th.

Second pay date is Friday 19^th July for work completed on the 30^th.

• Mahiki Henley: 3^rd – 7^th July

One pay date of Friday the 19^th July as this is not split over two pay runs.

• Formula 1 Mahiki: 4^th – 7^th July

One pay date of Friday the 19^th July as this is not split over two pay runs.

• Formula 1 Waste Management: 4^th – 7^th July

One pay date of Friday the 19^th July as this is not split over two pay runs.

• Classic Ibiza Ragley: 6^th – 7^th July

One pay date of Friday the 19^th July as this is not split over two pay runs.

• Let’s Rock Southampton: 6^th – 7^th July

One pay date of Friday the 19^th July as this is not split over two pay runs.

• Henley Festival – Traffic: 8^th – 16^th July

First pay date is Friday the 19^th July for work completed between the 8^th – 13^th

Second pay date is Friday the 2^nd August for work completed between 14^th and 16^th.

• Kew the Music: 8^th – 14^th July

First pay date is the 19^th July for work completed between the 8^th – 13^th

Second pay date is Friday the 2^nd August for work completed on the 14^th

• Henley Festival – Cleaning: 10^th – 14^th July

First pay date is Friday the 19^th July for work completed from the 10^th to the 13^th

Second pay date is Friday the 2^nd August for work completed on the 14^th

• Henley Festival Litter & Toilets: 10^th – 14^th July

First pay date is Friday the 19^th July for work completed from the 10^th to the 13^th

Second pay date is Friday the 2^nd August for work completed on the 14^th

• Mahiki post-pick: 11^th July.

Pay date is Friday the 19^th July.

• Classic Ibiza Chatsworth: 13^th – 14^th July.

First pay date is Friday the 19^th July for work completed on the 13^th

Second pay date is Friday the 2^nd August for work completed on the 14^th

• Beatherder: 18^th – 25^th July.

One pay date of 2^nd August.

• Classic Ibiza Bowood: 19^th – 21^st July.

One pay date of 2^nd August.

• Latitude pre-show: 22^nd – 24^th July

One pay date of 2^nd August.

• FOCUS: 25^th – 28^th July

First pay date is Friday the 2^nd August for work completed between the 25^th – 27^th

Second pay date is Friday the 16^th August for work completed on the 28^th

• Latitude Festival: 25^th – 29^th July

First pay date is Friday the 2^nd August for work completed between the 25^th – 27^th

Second pay date is Friday the 16^th August for work completed on 28^th and 29^th

• Classic Ibiza Burghley House: 27^th – 28^th July

First pay date is Friday the 2^nd August for the 27^th

Second pay date is Friday the 16^th August for work completed on the 28^th

• SIREN: 1^st – 5^th August

One pay date of Friday 16^th August.

• Classic Ibiza Blickling: 3^rd – 4^th August

One pay date of Friday 16^th August.

• Hospitality in the Woods: 16^th – 19^th August

One pay date of Friday the 30^th August.

• Classic Ibiza Hatfield House: 17^th – 18^th August

One pay date of Friday the 30^th August.

• Leeds festival pre-show: 19^th – 20^th August

One pay date of Friday the 30^th August.

• Leeds festival: 21^st – 26th August

First pay date is Friday the 30^th August for work completed between 21^st – 24^th August.

Second pay date is Friday the 13^th September for work completed between 25^th & 26^th August.

• Reading Festival: 21^st – 26th August

First pay date is Friday the 30^th August for work completed between 21^st – 24^th August.

Second pay date is Friday the 13^th September for work completed between 25^th & 26^th August.

• Big Feastival: 23^rd – 25^th August

First pay date is Friday 30^th August for work completed between 23^rd – 24^th August.

Second pay date is Friday the 13^th September for work completed on the 25^th

• Big Feastival post-show: 26^th – 29^th August

One pay date Friday 13^th September.

• Wingfest Bristol: 6^th – 8^th September

First pay date is Friday the 13^th September for work between the 6^th & 7^th September.

Second pay date is Friday the 27^th for September for work completed on the 8^th September.

*On rare occasions, events which are only two days long may be paid in one pay run even if split over the cut-off point on the Saturday.

The above would also not account for any pre-show and post-show shifts you might be booked in for.

This is of course subject to change pending any issues with bank details, emergencies within the office etc. However, all payments can be expected no later than four weeks after your last shift.
