Coming up in July for DC Site Services…

Posted on Thursday, June 27, 2024

With June more or less behind us and another successful Glastonbury festival nearly under our belts, it’s time to look ahead to July which is one of our busiest months of the year. It’s a packed 4 weeks, with a real mix of events and festivals lined up ahead of us with the likes of…

  • Mahiki Henley
  • Formula 1
  • Classic Ibiza Ragley Hall, Chatsworth, Bowood and Burghley
  • Let’s Rock Southampton
  • Henley festival cleaning, traffic, litter & toilets
  • Kew the Music
  • Beatherder
  • FOCUS
  • Latitude festival

And all this before the big looming August bank holiday weekend. With so much going on it’s easy to let the finer details get away from you, so here’s a quick check list:

  • Logistics! If using public transport look into this sooner rather than later to avoid paying more than you need to
  • Pre/post shifts – if you’ve agreed to these extra shifts with the office just be mindful of the fact that these dates are NOT published on DCSS PAAM. Make sure to pop these dates into your diary to avoid double booking yourself – it’s easily done.
  • Suntan lotion
  • Spare socks/footwear, underwear and waterproofs just in case
  • Wellies

Basically, stay ahead of the game with your transport, cover yourself in lotion, stay hydrated and you’ll be good to go!

...an unbelievably massive thank you to you both personally, and to your amazing team for all your help in making The 75th Anniversary of Victory in Japan Day such an unbelievable and resounding success [...]

the service that Sammi and her team provided for guests and veterans was above and beyond, especially in these economically and professionally challenging times [...] Thank you so much and hopefully we will work again soon.
